This episode I am joined by the inspiration that is Curry (she/they)! We are talking HAIR yall, and not just any hair....we are talking Black natural hair. Curry is a Black creative that has been using their knowledge and passion for Black hair to create a platform of education that dismantle the intersection of racism and the hair industry. In this conversation we discuss their journey of becoming a master hairstylist, their vision and philosophy of the salon industry, and finally how conversations like this and her Black Beauty School is a way to end the cycle of systemic racism within the hair industry.
